Marjorie Lloyd

Marjorie C. (Jackson) Lloyd of Lynn died at the Woburn Nursing Center on May 14 after a long illness. She was 82 years old.
Born in Lynn and educated in Lynn Schools, she retired from Analog Devices after a long career in the electronics industry. She was an avid knitter and held weekly knitting sessions in her home.
She was the daughter of the late Alexander and Lillian (Jones) Jackson-Pool and the wife of the late Farnham Lloyd. She is survived by a son, Lloyd Southwick and his wife, Judy, of Jefferson, GA; two daughters, Susanne Lloyd Cox and her husband, Dayton, of Burlington, MA and Linda Clausnitzer and her husband, Al, of Salisbury, MA. She was the beloved grandmother of 14 and great grandmother of 11, sister of George “Bud” Jackson and Dorothy Fenton, both of Lynn, and Edith “Mickey” Carter of Northborough as well as several nieces and nephews who were very dear to her heart. She was the sister of the late Lillian Dakin.
A private memorial will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Nadworny Funeral Home, Lynn. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to All Care Hospice, 16 City Hall Square, Lynn, MA 01901 c/o of Justine.
