Animal lover, Red Sox fan, avid card and pool player and friend to all
Roger LaBrie, of Lynn died after a long illness at the Life Care Center of the North Shore on May 2. He was 61 years old.
Born and raised in Lynn, the son of Margaret R. (Savory) and late Francis J. LaBrie, he attended Lynn schools and was a graduate of Essex Agricultural & Technical High School in Hawthorne. He was a former employee of the Sterling Machine Co. of Lynn, and was a leather worker with Carr Leather. An animal lover, a Red Sox fan, an avid card and pool player, he was a friend to all and will be deeply missed.
Roger is survived by his mother, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his sister Frances LaBrie.
Relatives and friends are invited to his funeral service on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the Nadworny Funeral Home, 798 Western Ave., Lynn. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 9 to 11 a.m. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Boston Street, Lynn.
