Movie star Johnny Depp, is pictured in character as Whitey Bulger during the filming of scenes in the city for the film, “Black Mass.” The movie will continue filming in Lynn on June 23, resulting in various road closures and parking restrictions in the areas of Central Square, Mount Vernon and Union Streets.
