Vito’s Pizzeria (formerly Pizza Plus), 778 Summer Street in Lynn celebrated their grand opening on Monday, March 1. The LACC Ambassador Committee and Mayor Judy Flanagan Kennedy welcomed owners David and Laura Salvo (center with scissors) to the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce and the City.

Vito’s offers hand tossed Italian pizza. They prepare their dough and sauce daily on the premises.  In addition, Vito’s serves homemade calzones, hot and cold subs, wraps, an assortment of fresh salads, their own fresh cooked roast beef sandwiches, B.B.Q., and many sides such as chicken wings, chicken fingers, french fries and much more.

The Salvo’s are also the proud owners of the Hornets Nest Sub Shop in North Reading, MA, established for 38 years. They are known for their famous cheese steaks and subs.

Hours of operation at Vito’s Pizzeria are:10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; 10:00 a.m. to  9:00 p.m. Thursday, Friday, Saturday. They are closed on Sundays. Call Vito’s at 781-596-0222.
