James J. Casiello Sr. in Lynn, formerly of East Boston, died recently.
A member of the Mohawk A.C., he was the beloved father of James J. Casiello Jr. of East Boston; dear brother of Carol Casiello of Lynn, Mildred Bickford of Saugus and the late John “Butch” Casiello.
Funeral arrangements were by the Magrath Funeral Home, East Boston. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery.

Irene LaRossa of Lynn died on February 11 after a long illness.
She was the cherished daughter of Bianca LaRossa and her late husband, Fred; dear sister of Fred and Richard LaRossa and the Life Companion of Patricia May.

Virginia Ann (Steene) Bowen of Lynn, formerly of Everett, died on February 8.
A former member of the Rotary Club of Malden, she was the dear and devoted mother of Vanessa L .Bowen and Dennis J. Bowen, III of Lynn; sister of Richard of Medford, Joseph of New York and the late Edward and James. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral arrangements were by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, Everett. Burial was in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Contributions in her memory to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, 9 Erie Dr., Natick, MA 01760, would be sincerely appreciated.
