Mayor Thomas McGee (right) presented an Outstanding Achievement Award to Lynn DPW Associate Commissioner Lisa Gill (center) for her years of dedicated work assisting people with disabilities. Nerich is the longtime director of the Lynn Special Needs Camp. Also recognized with a citation was Jack Carroll, who is stepping down after his years of service on the Lynn Disabilities Commission.
