Century Bank

robbery Feb. 29

The Lynn Police Department is actively investigating a bank robbery that occurred on February 29, 2012 at the Century Bank at 2 State Street in Lynn. On Wednesday February 29, at 2:58 p.m., a light skinned black male, wearing charcoal gray sweat pants, and a black vest over a gray and black hooded sweatshirt robbed the bank and fled on foot towards the MBTA garage onto Union Street. It is unknown if any vehicle was involved in the crime.
