Mayor Judith Flanagan Kennedy brought city leaders together at an event to show Lynn and other area communities’ support for the proposed Mohegan Sun hotel/casino at Suffolk Downs.
There is no question that the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s granting of a casino license for the Greater Boston region – Mohegan Sun and the Wynn Group (Everett) are competing for the license – will be one of the biggest stories of the year.
Lynn residents will be keeping an eye on all the developments as the Gaming Commission prepares to make its big decision in May.
